The next day, April 25th, let’s take a stand with Equality Michigan to liberate our community and pass affirmative gender ID laws on the second annual #HateWon’tWin Lobby Day! Make your voice heard and call on your legislators to remove unjust barriers to legal name changes and codify access to accurate gender markers with the passage of House Bills 5300-5303. This Passover, join DJJ in Lansing for a Capitol Day Double Header! Every year, the Passover story pushes us to apply the Jewish liberation story to our present.
