A night of community, performance, art and anti-fascist shenanigans is just around the corner! Join Detroit Jews for Justice and Congregation T’Chiyah for Purim 2026. We'll dress up, enjoy the spiel, laugh, and play; refortifying ourselves with the warmth of radical joy and community for the continuing fight for justice.
Entry is free and food and drinks will be available for purchase. There will be activities for the kids - this is a family friendly event and costumes are encouraged!
Can you volunteer to help out during the event? Fill out this form to let us know!

Masking
At DJJ, we prioritize community care and accessibility. While masks are not mandatory at our events, we strongly recommend their use to help protect one another, especially KN95 masks, which provide more protection than cloth masks. We encourage clear masks as an option to support lip-readers, as opaque masks can be a barrier to communication. We often share meals together, so please feel free to do what you need to feel comfortable in those situations. We also recommend testing for COVID-19 at home before attending large gatherings, particularly if you have any symptoms. Finally, we urge our community members to get vaccinated if possible, as it helps protect everyone. Your health and safety matter to us! Masks will be available at our events.
