2025 Hanukkah House Party

Please join us on the last night of Hanukkah for a party! This year has felt and been dark in a variety of ways, and, there has been light, there have been wins, and most importantly, we have continued to show up for each other. So let's come together, get cozy, eat latkes, and celebrate as we light the candles for the second to last night of Hanukkah. And may our rebellious, joyous celebration be another light that shines in the dark.

RSVP below and stay tuned for more details! We can't wait to see you in Southfield. (Exact address will be shared with folks who RSVP once we are closer to the event).

Masking & Accessibility: At DJJ, we prioritize community care and accessibility. While masks are not mandatory at our events, we strongly recommend their use to help protect one another, especially KN95 masks, which provide more protection than cloth masks. We encourage clear masks as an option to support lip-readers, as opaque masks can be a barrier to communication. We often share meals together, so please feel free to do what you need to feel comfortable in those situations. We also recommend testing for COVID-19 at home before attending large gatherings, particularly if you have any symptoms. Finally, we urge our community members to get vaccinated if possible, as it helps protect everyone. Your health and safety matter to us! Masks will be available at our events.

Parking: You may park on either side of the street.

Building accessibility: There is a short step up from the walk to the front porch and another short step into the house. The indoor ground floor is flat. There is a gender neutral bathroom on the ground floor available for use.

Food & Drink: We need your help to ensure we have all the food and supplies we need for our party - please out this form to sign up to bring food or other supplies.

Childcare: We unfortunately cannot offer childcare at this event, but children are more than welcome to attend!

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
