Calling all DJJ leaders: RSVP to join us for our monthly General Meeting on Tuesday, March 20th.
Schmoozing & snacks 6 - 6:30 pm. The meeting will start promptly at 6:30 and go until 8. The location is our new headquarters at Breakers Covenant Church International, 8801 Woodward Ave, Detroit, 48202. (Due to a scheduling conflict, we will be in the basement in the Fellowship Hall which is not ADA accessible - we so apologize if this prevents anyone's participation.)
We'll start with breakout groups then we'll come back for updates and community announcements.
You will choose one of three breakout groups for the first hour:
- Water Justice.
- Revising our Brit. Brit is Hebrew for "covenant" -- these are DJJ's communications agreements that it's important for us to democratically revise every year.
- Shabbaton (our June 1-3 leadership retreat). Please only choose this breakout if you are (or will be) an active member of the Shabbaton planning team.
