Join fellow DJJ leaders and staff for a facilitated conversation to help develop our first organizational "Theory of Change". This session will be grounded in our existing mission and core principles, building upon that foundation to sharpen our analysis about the work we do, understand how DJJ is best positioned to make change, and consider how we relate to other movement organizations. The facilitator is consultant Shayna Gelender, who has worked with DJJ for the past two years and is supporting us through this Theory of Change creation project.
Who should attend? This session is open to all DJJ leaders — meaning anyone who has been oriented to our work, and participated in meetings or actions in recent years.
