Join DJJ for the Poor People's Campaign

***Please note that the location for the last action of the Poor People's Campaign -- Mon. June 18 -- will be held in DETROIT (NOT Lansing), at Central United Methodist Church (23 E Adams Ave). The timing is 11:30am to 4:30pm. ***

The Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival is uniting tens of thousands of people to challenge the evils of systemic racism, poverty, the war economy, ecological devastation and the nation’s distorted morality. Starting May 14th, Michigan community will unite with states across the country for a month of nonviolent action -- and DJJ is part of a state-wide community of faith leaders that is recruiting for the campaign.

This is a critical moment to ensure that our Jewish community shows up to stand with this movement - and to say that we are ready to build new political, economic and moral structures for this country.
