What: RSVP to join us for our monthly General Meeting on Tuesday, August 21st. This month we will do a training on getting out the vote for FOUR upcoming ballot proposals: One Fair Wage, Paid Sick Time, Promote the Vote, and Voters Not Politicians. Representatives from each of the ballot initiatives will educate us to become advocates and answer our q's. We will also have about 15 minutes for other DJJ business.
When: Schmoozing and snacks 6 - 6:30 pm. The meeting will start promptly at 6:30 and go until 8.
Where: **The location will again be the Mondry Building at 15000 W 10 Mile Rd in Oak Park.**
Who: Current DJJ leaders. *If you're new to DJJ, please join us at 5:30 so we can orient you before the meeting.*
NOTE: We're aiming for good attendance at this one, since we won't be meeting again until after High Holidays!
